Internet bank is a new kind of service provided by commercial banks. As internet is used as the operation base which may result in not only new financial crisis in practice, but various internet risks as well. To guarantee the healthy development of internet bank, this article analyzes legislative issues related to internet bank in the hope of building up a set of improved internet bank related legislative rules supervision system.
