针对物业管理的现状,阐述了制定物业管理条例的必要性,列举了物业管理条例存在的诸多不足,提出了条例的完善措施,以适应我国物业管理行业的发展,有效保护管理公司和业主的合法权益。
According to the existing condition of property management, it illustrates the necessity of working out property management regulation, lists several shortcomings of existing regulation, and proposes its perfecting measure in order to adapt to the development of our property management trades and effectively protect the legal right of management corporation and proprietor.
