摘要
简述了对桥梁进行加固补强与技术改造的必要性，对公路桥梁的结构缺陷进行了总结，详细阐述了几种桥梁加固的常用方法，并通过实例，介绍了体外预应力加固法的应用，以促进桥梁的加固与维修工作。
The necessity to strengthen the bridge and carry out technical reformation is briefly introduced. Based upon summary of structural defects of bridge several common methods are introduced for bridge reinforcement. Combined with practical work the application of external prestressing method is introduced in order to promote its application in bridge reinforcement.
