摘要
讨论了盾构施工中盾构机刀具更换的必要性，提出了刀具检查和更换标准，并结合工程实例，对不稳定地层中进行刀具更换所进行的掌子面稳定措施进行了阐述。
The necessity of cutter tools replace is discussed , the standard of cuttertools check and cutter tools replace are suggested. The face firmness measures in unsteady geologic strata for cuttertools replace are provided with the engineering case.
