摘要
在新研制的抗温抗盐增粘剂FTVS的基础上开发出了一种多糖钻井液体系。对该体系的抗温性、高温稳定性、抗盐性、静切力随时间的变化及配伍性进行了试验研究。结果表明,该套钻井液体系具有独特的流变性,静切力与时间的依赖性很小,抗温可达150℃,抗盐可达30%,与地层水、完井液配伍性好,处理剂无毒,可生物降解。
A polysaccharide drilling fluid system is developed on the basis of a newly developed temperature resisting and salt tolerance viscosifer FTVS.Experimental study is performed on its temperature resistance,high temperature stability,salt tolerance,static shear force changed with time and its compatibility.The result shows that the drilling fluid system has a unique rheology with less dependence between the static shear force and time,its temperature resistance is as high as 150℃,salt resistance is 30% with a good compatibility of formation water with well completion fluid,it is non-toxic viscosifier,can be degraded biologically.
