摘要
本文以某电厂1650吨/时大型锅炉过热器出口蒸汽温度控制系统为研究对象,提出了一种带有降维状态观测器和PI的鲁棒双环串级控制方法,并给出了相应的参数整定算法。经ALSTHOM公司MICRO-ZT20计算机分散控制系统在现场的运行表明,与常规的串级控制方法相比,新方法不仅使电厂汽温控制系统对电力负荷大波动等具有更强的自适应能力(即鲁棒性),而且可推广到其它大迟延大惯性对象的控制中去。
Based on a superheated steam temperature control system of a boiler (1650 t/h) in a power plant, this paper presents a robust double-loop cascade control algorithm with both dimension-decreasing state observer and PI controller.The corresponding setting rule of parameters is also given. Practical operating by MICRO-ZT20 computer decentralized system of ALSTHOM Corp. illustrates its advantages. Compared with the conventional cascade control algorithm, this new method shows more stronger robustness to the power load fluctuation, and it can be applied to the same class of process wash large delay and settle time.
