摘要 研究了一种针对内永磁同步电机(IPMSM)动态系统的非线性、时变及实时噪声干扰特点进行精确参数估计的扩展卡尔曼滤波观测器.由于内永磁同步电机q轴电感大于d轴电感,为了保证电磁转矩和负载角变化趋势一致,必须使定子磁链给定幅值限制在一定范围内.鉴于系统暂态和稳态运行的要求不同,为达到最优控制,采用控制定子磁链给定幅值以达到最大转矩/磁链(MPTF)的直接转矩控制算法对定子磁链给定幅值进行控制.仿真结果表明采用此算法可极大地提高IPMSM调速系统的运行效率.运用该方法的电机调速范围广并且在低速区运行良好. An accurate Extended Kalman Filter (and position of the rotor, stator flux linkage and EKF) observer is studied which estimates angular speed torque of interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSM) over a wide speed range including the very low speed region. The EKF observer provides recursive optimal state estimation of IPMSM which is a nonlinear time-variant and corrupted noise system. In order to change load angle and torque accordingly, the amplitude of stator flux linkage should be kept in restricted range. The amplitude of stator flux linkage must be controlled for getting maximum torque by using direct torque control (DTC). The results of simulation show that this method improves the efficiency of the whole system.
