摘要
双齿辊破碎机是近年来出现的一种新型破碎设备。本文对其主要部件──辊齿的受力工况作了较详细的讨论,并提出了三种典型的计算工况。在此基础上建立了辊齿有限元分析和齿形优化模型,并利用ANSYS有限元软件和罚函数法,获得了“八·五”国家重大技术装备元宝山露天矿1250双齿辊破碎机辊齿在各工况下的应力情况以及辊齿的三个主要结构参数与齿尖应力分布的关系,为齿形的设计提供了理论依据。
The crushing mechanism and the load conditions of the mineral sizer which is developed recently are discussed in detail. According to three typical load cases presented in the paper, static analyses and teeth optimal design are carried out with 1250 series machines by use of ANSYS software. The relations between stress distribution and structural parameters of teeth parts are presented.
