HPLC和MALDI-TOF质谱技术研究海兔口腔神经节多肽组分与分布

摘要 蓝斑背肛海兔中枢神经系统相比于其他海兔,缺少脏神经节.口腔神经节是蓝斑背肛海兔的主要神经节之一,它控制着口腔和其他附属器官的生理活动,其中多肽起着重要的作用.本文选用反相高效液相色谱和质谱非在线联用技术分析口腔神经节多肽组成与分布情况,发现口腔神经节含有丰富的神经活性多肽组分,以颊肽、肌肉调节素、心脏活性小肽、肌动蛋白片段和吸引素为主.经Paws软件和数据库检索分析后,发现部分多肽组成来自于前体蛋白的酶解产物,认为这些酶解产物与其他多肽一同参与执行口腔神经节各种不同的生理功能. Compared to other Aplysia, the center nervous system (CNS) from the Aplysia Notarcus leachii cirrosus Stimpson (NLCS) lacks abdominal ganglion (AG). Buccal ganglion (BG) is one of main ganglion in NLCS. Peptides in BG have important function. They controlled many organs and modulated their actions. In this paper, combined off-line method of RP-HPLC with MS technology, Peptides of BG of NLCS were studied. There were many Peptides found in BG such as buccalin, myomodulin, small cardioactive peptide (SCP), actin and attractin. The information of Peptides was searched in database and analyzed by Paws software. The results showed that some peptides come from their precursor proteins. The Peptides and their precursor proteins were both taking part in achieving different physiological function.
