An Effectiveness Analysis of Electronic Warfare Based on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

电子战系统是一个庞大复杂的系统,其效能是一个综合指标,包含多种技术因素和不确定性,对系统的评估也是一项复杂的工作,涉及许多难以量化的模糊因素.为了评估电子战系统作战效能,本文首先给出了效能评估的指标体系,然后提出了基于模糊综合评判的电子战效能模型,最后通过对参数由专家和军事指挥员提供的案例的研究,论证了模型和方法的可行性和有效性.

Electronic warfare, as an element of information warfare, will be of great use in future war. In order to evaluate effectiveness of electronic warfare system, an index system was given firstly. Then an estimation model presented using the fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Finally a case study was given with the data provided by experts, commander and staff. The study of the case shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method.
