摘要
介绍了液压悬置的基本结构和性能,建立了 Audi100五缸机动力总成的动力学模型,给出了求解该系统振动响应的方法。并且对液压悬置和橡胶悬置的隔振性能进行了比较,通过对 Audi100实车台架多点激振测试,两者结果基本吻合,证明所建模型和分析方法是正确的。
In this paper,the contruction and characteristics of hydraulic mount are giv- en.The dynamic model for Audi100 powerplant is estabilished and the method to solve vibration response is developed.The isolation of hydraulic mount and rubber mount are compared by car test.The satisfactory agreement between the measured and calculated result indicates that the developed model is consistent with analytic method.
