几种药剂对平菇生长的影响及防治厉眼菌蚊的效果

Insecticides on Growing of P.ostreatus's Grouwth and Its Effect in Controlling L.pluroti

采用含药PDA平板培养平菇菌丝体和含药饵料饲喂平菇厉眼菌蚊的方法测得锐劲特对平菇的EC50为1.3718mg.g-1,对平菇厉眼菌蚊幼虫的LC50为0.0622mg.g-1;高效氯氟氰菊酯对平菇的EC50为0.0232mg.g-1,对平菇厉眼菌蚊幼虫的LC50为0.0048mg.g-1。表明这两种药剂对平菇厉眼菌蚊的毒力较强,而对平菇菌丝的生长抑制力较弱。且均对平菇子实体的分化和生长发育无不良影响。

In this article,the results shows that both fipronil and lambda-cyhalothrin have higher toxicity on L.pluroti than other chemicals and nearly no affection on the development of P.ostreatus. These two insecticides can be used in pest management in planometer production.
