血液透析患者股动脉穿刺拔针后压迫止血方法的探讨

A research about the methods of hemostasis by compression after femoral artery puncture for hemodialysis patients

目的探讨血液透析患者股动脉穿刺拔针后的止血方法,减少局部并发症的发生。方法观察组107例穿刺部位采用硬纸卷按压3M胶布固定的方法止血,对照组106例则采用传统的人工按压砂袋加压的方法止血。观察2组出血/血肿等相关并发症的情况,并比较2组患者的制动时间。结果观察组出血/血肿等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);患者制动时间明显少于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论采用硬纸卷按压3M胶布固定的方法止血,能有效地减少出血/血肿等并发症的发生,大大缩短了制动时间,减轻了患者的痛苦,是一种更加理想的股动脉穿刺拔针后压迫止血方法。

Objective To study the proper method of hamotasis by compression after femoral artery puncture for hemodialysis patients, and then decline the incidence rate of complication. Methods There were 107 hemodialysis patients in the observation group and 106 patients were in the control group. The method of using hard board paper press the point of puncture was adopted in the observation group, the traditional method was used in the control group. Compare the incidence rate of complication and the braking time after the puncture in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complication in the control group was significant higher than that of in the observation group, P〈0.01. The braking time after the puncture in the control group was significant longer than that of in the observation group, P〈 0.01. Conclusion The method of hemostasis by hard paper compression after femoral artery puncture for hernodialysis patients is effective, which can decline the incidence rate of complication and shorten the time of braking.
