羟基喜树碱联合氟尿嘧啶 顺铂治疗晚期食管癌

Observation of Hydroxycamptothecin Combined with 5-fluorouracil and Cisplatin in Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的观察HCPT＋DDP＋5-Fu方案治疗晚期食管癌的疗效。方法本组晚期食管癌46例。HCPT8～10mg／m^2，第1～5d，DDP60～80mg／m^2，第1d,5-Fu0．75g／m^2，第1～5d；21d或28d为一周期，每例病人至少完成3周期。结果46例中无一例CR，21例PR，12例NC，13例PD。有效45．7％。结论HCPT＋DDP＋5-Fu方案治疗晚期食管癌有效，不良反应能耐受。

Objective To evaluate the result of combination of HCPT, 5 - Fu and DDP in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 46 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were entrolled in this study. HCPT 8 - 10mg/m^2 from the 1^st to 5^th day, DDP 60 - 80mg/m^2 in the 1^st day, and 5 - Fu 0.75g/m^2 from the 1^st to 5^th day were given venous instillation. Every 21 days or 28 days is one cycle. Every patient was given three cycles at least. Results There were 0 CR,21 PR,12 NC,13 PD in the 46 patients. The response rate（ CR ＋ PR） was 45.7%. Conclusion Treatment on advanced esophageal cancer with HCPT,DDP and 5 -Fu is efficient and the toxicity is tolerable.
