Clinical Study on the First-staged Resection and Anastomosis for Acute Left-semicolon Obsruction 56 Cases

目的探讨左半结肠急性梗阻一期切除吻合术的可行性。方法对56例左半结肠急性梗阻患者的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果一期切除吻合术56例中,无死亡病例,无吻合瘘。结论若患者全身及局部条件较好,左半结肠急性梗阻一期切除吻合术是安全可行的。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of first - staged resection and anastomosis for acute left - semicolon obstruction. Methods Clinical data of 56 cases of acute left - semicolon obstruction were retrospectively summarized. Results Among the 56 cases,no patients died,no anastomosis fistula occurred. Conclusion First - staged resection and anastomosis was safe and feasible if those patients had appropriate indications.
