摘要
以苯乙烯、富马酸二异辛酯为原料,合成了苯乙烯—富马酸二异辛酯共聚物。研究了单体配比、催化剂、阻聚剂、反应时间、反应温度等因素对反应的影响,并确定了合成该降凝剂的适宜工艺条件:苯乙烯与富马酸二异辛酯的物质的量比为5∶1,引发剂添加量0.4%,溶剂甲苯加入量50%,反应温度80℃,反应时间5 h。
A copolymer of oil - soluble viscosity reducers is synthesized with styrene and diisooctyl fumarate as starting materials. The influences of reaction time, reaction temperature, antipolymerizer, catalyst and the mole ratio are discussed. The appropriate synthetic conditions of pour point depressant are as follows : the mole ratio of styrene and diisooctyl fumarate 5 : 1, the dosage of initiator 0.4%, the amount of solvents toluene 50%, reaction temperature 80 ℃ and the reaction time 5 h.
