摘要 以Cu、Zn、Al等金属离子的硝酸盐为原料,以共沉淀方式制备CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂,在常压下考察该催化剂对1,4-丁二醇脱氢制备γ-丁内酯的活性效果。温度在250-260℃,液时空速2.0h^-1,氢醇比在4.5~5.5范围内,γ-丁内酯的收率在92%以上。在适宜的条件下,该催化剂具有较好的活性和操作灵活性。 CuO/ZnO/AlO3 catalyst is prepared by co -precipitation method, with Cu, Zn, Al nitrates as raw materials. The activity of the catalyst on the preparation of γ- butyrolactone by dehydrogenation of 1,4 - butanediol in the atmosphere is reviewed. With reaction temperature 250 - 260℃, liquid hourly space velocity 2.0 h^-1, the mole ratio of hydrogen and alcohol 4.5 - 5.5, the yield of γ-butyrolactone can be up to 92%. In appropriate circumstances, catalyst has good activity and an operating flexibility.
