摘要
在综合分析端面铣削动态过程的基础上,运用不等齿距面铣刀减振理论、现代优化设计方法和CAD技术,开发了新型面铣刀CAD软件包,从而实现了不等齿距面铣刀齿间角优化设计和绘制铣刀图一体化,提高了设计效率,该种新型减振面铣刀的切削性能优于传统的等齿距面铣刀,对提高工件的加工质量、刀具寿命和减振降噪都具有较明显的效果。
With the vibration-reduction mechanism of milling cutters with unequal blade spacing,a software package for CAD of new types of milling cutters is developed with the help of optimization methods and CAD technique.Therefore optimization designing of tooth pitehes disturbution and drawing of drafts of such kind of cutters can be realized simutanously and effciently.The newly designed cutters peiform more satisfactorily than the traditional ones with equal blade spacing,and show better effects on machining quality,tool life and vibration and noise reduction.
