给出了当ｎ〉２时，对于ｎ阶非奇复方阵Ａ，存在实方阵Ｘ，使得ＸＡ为对角占优阵的充分条件及ｎ＝２时这个问题的充要条件。
This paper obtained the sufficient conditions for diagonally dominant matrices composed of product matrices of which one is real square matrix in the left and the other is complex nonsingular matrix in the right.
