Advanced productive forces have laid necessary material premise and foundation for all-round development of better-off society while the construction process has in return created opportunities for it. When advanced culture provides ideological guarantee and intellectual support for all-round construction of better-off society, it will also be tested and improved in the course of propelling all-round advancement of well-off society in China. At present stage, the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people have been fully safeguarded and represented in the struggling target of all-round construction of well-off society.
