摘要
建立了双室并列流化床煤气化炉密相循环理论模型,推导了计算两床间颗粒循环量的表达式,对密相循环技术进行了实验研究;分析和讨论了影响密相循环的因素及其操作条件,模型计算值与实验值吻合较好,为双室流化床煤气化炉的设计和操作提供了理论依据.
A theoretical model for the dense phase circulation between the two fluidized beds is developed.Expressions for the calculation of the solid particles circulation are derived.An experimental my6stigation on the solid particles circulation has been carried out and various parameters affecting the circulation rate and operation of the gasifier are analyzed. The calculation results obtained with the model developed are in good agreement with experimental data.
