采用负动态电阻稳压器件的稳压电源的研究

摘要 从理论上论述了采用负动态电阻稳压器件为基准电压的稳压作用及其可行性,并通过实验证明了理论分析的正确性. Up to now,the reference voltage of a D.C.regulator is in general provided by a stabilizing diode with a positive dynamic resistance.In this case,if the output current rises,the reference voltage, the VBE of the sampling amplifier transistor and the VR of the upper resistor of the comparator will all drop a little and the output voltage,too,will drop and is obviously incapable of being stabilized in theory.However,according to tests and analyses carried out by the authors,if the'reference voltage is provided by a stabilizing device with a negative dynamic resistance,then V.will rise a little as the output current rises.Hence it is possible to compensate for the drop of VBE and VR and to maintain a constant output voltage.
