摘要
讨论了箱体、墙板等复杂零件形状特征的生成及造型策略.阐述了各类特征模型的构造方法,并给出了基于特征的产品定义模型结构及CAD/CAPP集成的产品定义文件.解决了形状特征类型自动识别及特征正负状态判断等技术难题.
The generation of the form feature and the modelling method for the box type and wallplate details of complex geometry are discussed. Four feature models for the form feature,the precision feature,the heat treatment process feature and the administration feature respectively have been developed. A product definition model based on feature is given and the product definition file used in CAD/CAPP integration with the advanced and complete information of the product included is presented.To identify automatically the type of form feature,feature coding is proposed.With CSG and FB-rep information in the universal file of I-Deas,the positive/negative status of form feature can be determined so taht the requirements on the information of a surface to be machined by CAPP are met.
