摘要
介绍一种新型大功率氧化物导电陶瓷.该陶瓷是以六角密堆(HCP)结构的ZnO为主要原料,添加少量杂质,采用电子陶瓷工艺研制而成.研究了陶瓷材料的差热分析(DTA)及扫描电子显微结构.测量了瓷体的电阻率.
A new-type high-power oxide conductive ceramics is described.The conductive ceramics is produced by electronic ceramic technology with ZnO of a structure of hexagonal-closest-packing(HCP) doped with impurities as the chief raw material.The microstructure of the ceramics is investigated by a differential thermal analysis and the scanning electron microscope.The resistivity of the ceramics has been measured.At ambient temperature,the conductivity is already high and it is capableo f bearing a large power impact.The resistivity of the ceramics measured is 6.8×10-2Ω.cm at ambient temperature.
