摘要
本文介绍一种新颖的水电站调压装置.其模型试验已经成功。可用它取代传统的水电站调压室.其体积比传统的调压室体积小很多.又可建筑在厂房附近.因而,可大量节约水电站建设投资,缩短工期,又可保证安全运行。未来五年,若全国新建水电站调压室有一半采用本方案,即可大约节约水电建设投资87亿元.这项研究将使水电站调压室建设技术产生新的飞跃.有巨大的社会经济效益。
This paper introduces an original type of hydro-power station surge chamber-a pressure adjustment installaton.Its scale model test was very satisfactory and prospective.The installation can be used to replace the traditional hydro-power station surge chamber.its volume is much smaller than the traditional one.This installation can be located much closer to the turbine than can a traditional surge chamber. Therefore,a considerable hydro-power station construction cost and time can be saved. In this new design,every necessary safety measure was taken with special care.If this new technologywere to be adopted in half of all the hydro-power.station projects,which are to be constructed in China in the next five years,about 8.7 billion yuan(R. M. B) would be saved inconstruction investment. The results of this research will bring about a major leap in hy dro-power station surge chamber construction technology.Tremendous economic and social benefits will be brought about.
