摘要
盐浴炉是一种高能耗的热处理设备,它作为受控对象具有明显的时变性和非线性,难以建立简单、精确和实用的数学模型.通常采用的PID算法,控制效果不理想.针对上述情况,研制出了一种新型的盐浴炉模糊群控系统,此系统由3台75kW的盐浴炉构成,其中FC-1A型模糊控制器用于执行快速自寻化模糊控制算法,实现了运行参数在线自动调整和优化,系统控温精度为±2℃(在800~1300℃范围),超调<5℃,超调到稳定时间<3min,工件入炉后的温度恢复时间缩短30%。本研究成果易于在工业窑炉控制方面推广.
Salt bath furnace is a high energy consumption heat - treatment equipment. As a controlled object, it has obvious nonlinear and time - varying properties.Therefore, it is very difficult to set up a simple, accurate and practical mathematical model. The normally used PID algorithm is not effective incontrolling. This paper introduces a new fuzzy group control system of salt bath furnace. The Fast Self - Optimizing Fuzzy Control Algorithm is adopted in this system, and the on line self-adjustment and optimal control of operation parameters are realized. It reduces response time, inproves control accuracy and cuts down the consumption of electric energy. It also has good man - machine interface, reasonable hardware structure. It is also noted for its anti -interferences, stability and reliability. Hence it could be applied to industrial furnace control.
