摘要 根据体育教学的自身规律和特点,结合教育对象的发展性、层次性和个体的差异性,在实践中不断完善和寻找符合现代人才培养的模式。“分层次”教学与常规教学训练相比,该教学法突出因材施教、区别对待等体育教学训练原则,能更好提高教学质量,发挥学生主体性,培养终身体育习惯。 According to the rules and characteristics of P.E. teaching, the author continuously perfected and sought the models suitable for cultivating the modern talents in practice with the combination of the development, level of the education object and individual. Compared to the regular teaching and training, leveling teaching highlights the P. E. teaching and training principles such as teaching students according to their aptitudes and treating different students with different methods so as to improve teaching quality, motivate the student's study activity, train lifetime sports habit.
