The great value of traditional intellectual properties is increasingly conspicuous, ASEAN is one of those districts rich in inherited resource, folk art and other traditional intellectual properties. Some ASEAN countries have constructed co ordinated protective mechanism to be on guard against invasion and work together to take strict precautions against infringement act.
