摘要
多链直拉可升降连续梁系统是美国PMC公司为石油管接头磷化工艺所设计的关键设备在对该设备研究时,采用了结构分析的方法将该系统的关键部件转化为两端简支,4次超静定,并承受各种荷载组合作用的等截面连续梁.通过对该梁在一些最不利工况下的力学分析,探讨了这类结构强度设计的方法和各对链条的拉力分配,以及链轮同步轴主要设计参数的确定等问题此外,还分析了现有系统对实现稳定同步升降的限制,并提出了一种可实现无条件同步升降的方法.对该系统在工作中可能发生的主要故障所做的分析预测与实际相符,所提出的方法已被厂方采纳.
The lift continuous beam system tensioned vertically by many chains is the key device used in the phosphating technology of oil pipe joint designed by PMC company, U. S., and lntroduced by Tianjin Steel Pipe Company. From problems arising in practice, a mechanical model of the beam is set up, and the key parts - the synchronous shaft and the lift continuous beam are calculated and analyzed to reveal the causes of the problems and givel the correspouding solutions.
