关于和谐社会的伦理学思考

An Ethical Approach to the Theory of Harmonious Society

当代伦理学的价值目标同社会主义和谐社会的“民主法治”、“公平正义”等六大特征完全一致,因而研究和谐社会建设的伦理学对策是具有重大现实意义的理论课题。“公正”是伦理学的核心范畴,因为“没有公正便没有道德”、“公正即和谐”,这是中外伦理学的古老命题;当代伦理学认为,社会和谐必须以社会公正为前提,因为“公正是社会制度的首要价值”。要建设社会主义和谐社会,就必须落实社会公正原则,追求效率与平等的最佳结合,切实维护社会公平和正义。为此,我们要高举邓小平社会公正思想的旗帜,加强“三公教育”即公正教育、公仆教育和公民教育,抓紧制度公正和民主法治建设,努力实现由传统的臣民文化向现代公民文化的转型———这是建设社会主义和谐社会的治本之策。

The value objectives of contemporary ethics are fully consistent with the six features of socialist harmonious society, like＂ democracy and rule of law＂, ＂justice＂, therefore it is a theoretic problem of great realistic significance to study the ethical countermeasures of the construction of a harmonious society. ＂Justice＂ is the core category of ethics, for＂ No justice, no morality＂ and＂Justice is harmony＂; it is an old proposition of both Chinese anti Foreign ethics. The contemporary ethics believes that social justice is the premise of social harmony for＂justice is the primal value of social system＂. So to build a harmonious socialist society, we must obey the principle of social justice, aim at the best combination of proficiency and justice, and maintain social justice. We must bear Deng Xiaoping＇s ideas on social justice in mind, strengthen the education of justice, public servant and civilians, accelerate the construction of systemic justice, democracy and rule of law, and realize the conversion of the traditional subject culture to modem civilian cuhure.
