采用水力学模型试验,通过测定熔池均匀混合时间长短,确定复吹转炉底部供气元件最佳位置和供气量.结果是单支底部供气元件偏心布置在炉底耳轴方向0.4D位置,供气量在0.557~0.
Optimum position of a bottom tuyere and amount of gas blowing in a combined blowing converter were determined by measurement on perfect mixing time of metal bath via water model experiments. It is shown that the shortest mixing time can be obtained when one tuyere is used and located at the ecentric position of 0 4 D at the bottom of the converter in the direction of its ear axis with bottom gas flows of 0 557~0 928 m 3 N·h -1 .
