摘要
采用盆栽法研究不同程度的土壤干旱胁迫对多年生落花生(Arachisduranensiskrapov.&W.C.Greg)生长和活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,随着土壤干旱胁迫的加剧,多年生落花生茎叶干物质积累量和叶片相对含水量(RWC)逐渐下降,根重、超氧阴离子自由基(O-2.)、丙二醛(MDA)、质膜透性(RPP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化物酶(POD)均有不同程度的上升。相关分析结果表明,在土壤干旱胁迫下,多年生落花生各参数间存在一定的协同性,其中茎叶干物质积累量与O-2.,MDA,RPP;RPP与O-2.;POD与O-2.;POD与SOD均呈极显著的线性相关(a<0.01)。
duranensis The effect of different soil drought stresses on the growth and active oxygen metabolism of A rachis krapov. & W.C.Greg was studied by pot culture in green house. The results showed the above-ground dry matter accumulation and leaf relative water content (RWC) of A. duranensis were decreased gradually with the increase of soil drought stress. Dry weight of root, O2^- and MDA contents, SOD and POD activities, and RPP were increased to different extents. Correlative analysis showed these parameters for A. duranensis under soil drought stress had synergetic effects. There were, for example, highly significant linear correlations between the aboveground dry matter accumulation and O2^-, MDA and RPP, between RPP and O2^-, between POD and O2^- and between POD and SOD (a〈0.01).
