摘要
提出了一种基于PLC(Programmable Logic Controller可编程序逻辑控制器)的PID(Proportional-Integral-Differential(Controller)比例、积分、微分(控制器))控制方法,介绍了PID控制器的原理及其在抛丸系统中的应用,重点阐述了PID控制算法及其参数整定。系统控制核心单元PLC根据设定的速度值与旋转编码器的反馈信号进行分析、运算后得到速度偏差值e(n),按照PID控制算法计算出的控制量来调节电机转速,从而实现控制弹丸速度的目的。实践表明该方法简单易行,系统运行稳定可靠,具有良好的静、动态特性。
A PID controlling method based on PLC is put forward, the principle of PID controller and its application on the shot blasting system, are introduced. The PID controlling algorithm and the adjustment of parameters are emphatically illuminated. The deviation of velocity is calculated by the core cell of the control system through analyzing the given value and the feedback value provided by the pulse encoder. PLC uses the appropriate value calculated by the PID controlling algorithm is used to adjust the rotating velocity of motor, thus control the shot velocity. The results show that this method is easy to operate. The system runs steadily and reliably and has good static and dynamic characteristics.
