提高1050A铝合金空调管中间退火合格率的措施

摘要 针对1050Aφ18 mm×0.75 mm铝合金空调管中间退火合格率较低的问题,通过统计分析,发现装炉排布及调头处理是影响它的主要原因。从此处着手进行工艺改进,取得了满意效果。经生产验证:合格率由89%提高到99.1%,成本降低378元/t。 As the qualification rate of the intermediate annealed air conditioner pipe of 1050A aluminum alloy with diameter of 0.75 mm and length of 18 mm was low, the cause was analyzed by statistical method. The results show that the arrangement of pipes in the furnace and the disposition of adjusting head are main factors to cause the low qualification rate. The techniques are modified and a satisfactory effect is achieved. The qualification ¥ rate improves from 89% to 99.1%, and the production cost is reduced by 378 yuan/t.
