Two new species of Acridoidea from Guangxi, China are described inthe paper.The type specimens are preserved in the institute of Biology,GuangxiAcademy of Sciences.Longzhouacris brevipennis sa. nov.(figs. 1-6 )The new species is allied to L. rufipennis You et Bi, but differs in:1)tegmina of male shorter, reaching only the middle of the second abdominaltergite,2) arolium of hind tarsus shorter; 3) supra-anal plate subquadrate,themiddle of lateral margins curved.It is also allied to L. hainanensis Zheng etLiang, but differs in :1) the middle of pronotum with a longitudinalfusco-piceous stripe, and 2 ) last tergite of abdominal segment with furcula.Holotype ♂, allotype ♀, paratypes 2 ♂♂, 2 ♀♀,Longan County,Guangxi Province, Oct.10, 1991,Collected by Li Tianshan.Chryanda longhushanensis sp. nov.(figs.7～12 )The new species is similar to C. elegans Bol. I. but differs in :1) antennamuch longer than the both length of head and pronotum; 2) supra-anal plateo f male shield shape,apex sharp;3) posterior margin of subgenital plate of female in the middle sharper;and 4) shape of epiphallus different.Holotype ♂, allotype ♀,paratypes 20 ♂♂, 20♀♀,Longan County,Guangxi Province,Oct. 8～10, 1991.
