The cross-Strait economic and trade forum held on April 14 could be taken as a milestone. It was another attempt and exploration for the cross-Strait partners to solve 'Prisoner's Dilemma' and seeking win-win strategy together after Lien Chan's visiting to the mainland last year. It indicated that the cross-Strait re- lations is stepping from 'conflicts and mutual lose'to 'peace and win-win'. The mainland begins to dominate the key power which has strong influence on the political ecology inside the island.
