摘要 目的检测人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中感染及其与口腔癌发生的相关性。方法采用PCR方法,检测30例口腔鳞状细胞癌及5例正常口腔黏膜中HPV16和18感染。结果7/30例标本中检测出HPV16(23·3%);10/30例标本中检测出HPV18(33·3%)。3/30例标本中存在HPV16和18共感染(10%)。5例正常口腔黏膜中未发现HPV16和HPV18感染。在检测HPV16时发现一条新片断(186nt),经测序此序列与人5号染色体的核酸序列65-175存在99%同源。结论HPV16和18可能与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生密切相关。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of human papillomaviruses (HPVs) 16 and 18 infection in oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs) and evaluate HPV roles in the development of OSCC. Methods PCR was used to detect HPV16 and 18 infection in 30 cases of formalin-fixed and paraffln-embedded oral squamous cell carcinomas. Results HPV 16 and 18 E6 were detected in 7 (23.3%) and 10 (33.3%) of 30 samples. HPV 16 and 18 co-infection was detected in 3 ( 10% ) of 30 OSCCs. HPV 16 and 18 were not detected in the normal oral mucoss. A new fragment ( 186 nt) was detected in OSCCs when HPV 16 was amplified. It has a 99% homology from nucleotide 65 to 174 with a unique sequence in chromosome 5. Condusion HPV infection may be an important genetic event in the oral carcinogenesis.
