T-scanⅡ咬合分析仪记录结果可重复性的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of the reproducibility of T-scan Ⅱcomputerized occlusal analysis system

目的检验T-scanⅡ咬合分析仪记录结果的可重复性。方法将10枚T-scan感应片随机分为2组,每组各5枚。随机选择5名受试者,从两组感应片中各抽取1枚用于记录其牙尖交错位咬合接触。每枚感应片在受试者端坐位和仰卧位均连续记录2次。对同一体位下的连续2次记录结果进行配对t检验,并对同一名受试者使用2枚不同感应片的记录结果进行配对t检验,评价记录结果的可重复性。对同一名受试者不同体位下的记录结果进行配对t检验,评价体位改变对记录结果的影响。结果经配对t检验,除接触点数目存在显著性差异外(P<0.05),其余各项反映咬合接触特征的测量结果均无显著性差异。结论为提高记录结果的可信性,使用T-scanⅡ咬合分析仪记录牙尖交错位咬合接触时,应在近似的咬合强度下至少记录2次,或使用2枚感应片分别记录,以中等咬合强度为宜,并保证支架的标志点正确就位。不推荐使用该仪器进行接触点数目的测量。

Objective To evaluate the reproducibility of records of T-scan Ⅱ computerized occlusal analysis system. Methods Ten sensors were randomly sorted into two equal groups, each consisting of five sensors. Five subjects were randomly selected, and two sensors were chosen respectively from each group for one subject to register the occlusal contacts in intercuspal position. Each sensor was used to record twice when the subject was sitting erect and when the subject was supine. Paired design t-test was used to compare the data. Results There were no significant differences in all items that reflected the occlusal contacts＇characteristics, except the number of occlusal contacts（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion To improve the reliability of the records in intercuspal position using T-scan Ⅱ system, at least two registrations for one patient under similar clench intensity are necessary. Medium intensity is the best choice, and the indicator on the sensor supporter should be seated accurately. Registration of number of occlusal contacts using T-scan Ⅱ analysis system is not recommended.
