摘要
采用分析刚体相对位置的几何方法,对联轴器对中误差的定义、测量及调整等方面进行详细的分析与探讨。指出对中误差可以系统弹性变形的方式存在,此时可近似地测量出对中误差本身的4个独立参数,并在此基础上对联轴器进行近似的对中调整。清晰、全面地从理论及实践两方面完整地认识了对中误差的特点,为建立对中误差的公差标准及统一的测量及调整方法奠定基础。
By adopting the geometric method for analysing the relative position of rigid bodies,the authors analyze and discusse.the definition,the measure methods and the adjustment methods of the shaft alignment error of a coupling,and points out that the shaft alignment error of a coupling can exist in the form of elastic deformation of the system and the four independent parameters of the shaft alignment error can be measured approximately here,and on this base the adjustment process for the shaft alignment error can be conducted.So the characteristics of the shaft alignment error of a coupling are demonstrated clearly and thoroughly form theory and practice.It forms a base for setting up the tolerance standard and the uniform measure methods and the uniform adjustment methods of the shaft alignment error of a coupling.
