摘要
简要介绍了永磁带轮式金属带传动的原理、磁力带轮及金属带的结构,并对金属带的应力分布情况进行了分析和探讨。永磁带轮式金属带传动是依靠安装在带轮上的稀土永磁体产生磁场以吸引金属带,并大幅度地提高金属带与磁力带轮间的摩擦力而传递运动和动力的。在永磁带轮式金属带传动中,吸引应力的方向与弯曲应力和离心应力的方向相反,从而可改善金属带的受力状况,降低金属带的最大工作应力。
The principle of metal belt drive with permanent magnet(MBDPM)and the structures of magnetic pulley and metal belt are introduced in this paper.The stress distribution of metal belt is also analyzed and discussed.The rare earth permanent magnet installed in the pulley can produce magnetic field and attract the metal belt.The friction force between pulley and metal belt can be increased by a great extent.In MBDPM,the direction of attractive stress is opposite to that of bending stress and centrifugal stress,so the force condition of metal belt is improved and the maximal working stress is reduced.
