摘要
以冲击振动理论为基础,以行星齿轮传动在工作中所受冲击动载荷和振幅最小为目标。在现有齿轮设计标准和规范的条件下,提出了行星齿轮传动优化设计的数学模型。实例计算结果表明,本文所述方法可行、有效。
Based on the theory of shock motion and with the object of minimizing the impact load and swing when planetary gear transmission is working,on the condition of the gear design standard and criterion at present,the mathematical model of the optimal design of planetary gear transmission is built.The result of instaoce calculation indicates that the method described by the paper is feasible and effective.
