摘要
讨论了用圆弧齿插刀展成针轮销孔的几个技术问题,包括圆弧干涉与径向进给顶切、插刀圆弧齿中心圆半径的影响和产形齿轮齿廓的修正,最后给出了已用于生产的圆弧齿插刀的结构实例。
Some technical questions in generating pinholes of pin gear housing using circular tooth slotter,including arc interference,radial feed topcutting,influence of centre circle radius of circular tooth of the slotter and correction of tooth profile of the cutter in consideration of front and back angles of the cutter,are disussed.Then a construction example of the slotter used in production is provided.
