传统的教师培训以粗放型培训为主,主要解决的是理念和理论等方面的问题,对教师教育教学实践中遇到的微观问题关注不够。本文是我们在骨干教师培训和新课程教师培训过程中,以行动研究理论为依据,对以解决教师实际问题为目的的"问题——合作反思"教师培训模式的探索。

The traditional teacher＇s training mainly are extensive training, although it solves the primiple and theory question, but seldom pay attention to the micro problems during theteaching practice. This text aims to explore the teacher＇s training style. The purpose is to solve the practical question during the teacher＇s training process and the new courses of teacher＇s training process.
