农村小学教师现状及其对师范教育的启示——山东省淄博市农村小学教师现状调查报告

The Status of Rural Elementary Teachers and The Apocalypse to Normal Education from It

为了适应淄博师专升格后发展的需要,为全面提升当地乃至全省、全国的农村师资培养培训工作,我们于2004年7月至12月间,对农村小学教师及师范教育状况、特别是淄博的情况作了一次调查。结果表明:农村小学未来几年仍需要一定数量的教师,相当一部分教师的素质有待提高,他们献身农村教育的信念有些缺乏。本调查给当前师范教育带来了三点启示:明确目标——服务农村,培养专科层次人才;改革课程——面向农村,提高培养质量;优化途径——强化实践,培养创新实践能力。

Zibo Normal College, which has just finished its upgrade from a technical secondary school to a college, aims to cultivate rural elementary teachers with college record. To meet the need of its developing after upgrade, Zibo Normal College has done a research about rural elementary school teachers and the condition of normal education in Zibo from June to December in 2004 so that our college can make some contributions to the elementary teachers＇ training in local Zibo and Shandong province even our country. This is the inquisitional result based on the research whose main phenomenons are as follows. The rural primary schools still need certain numbers of qualified elementary teachers in future. At present, the faculty of a large quantity of rural elementary teachers desiderate improvement. A great number of teachers are devoid of self-devotion spirit to the rural elementary education. The research brings us three aspects apocalypses, first, conform the object serve the country, cultivate people with college record; reform curricula- face to country, raise the quality of cultivating; optimize the approach intensify the practice, cultivate the abilities of innovation and practice.
