科学技术日新月异,科学研究作为高校培养人才的重要途径,在高校人才培养中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文结合工作实际,提出了关于我校加强科学研究工作的四点想法:明确科学研究在我们学校的地位,坚持科研为培养人才服务;明确我们学校的科研优势和特色,突出学前-小学教师教育的研究;明确我们学校面临的形势和挑战,以科研引领教学和教学改革,以质量求生存;建立健全规章制度,加大科学研究经费投入,加快学科带头人培养,通过科学研究培养我们学校自己的"大师"。

The science and technology further develop every day. Scientific research, as the important way of training talents in colleges and universities, is playing a more and more important role in the talent raising in colleges and universities. In relation to the reality, this article proposes four ideas about strengthening the role of scientific research in our college. The first is to make clear the status of the scientific research in our college and to persist in its serving for talent raising. The second is to make clear the superiority and the characteristic of the scientific research in our college, and then highlight the research in the preschool and primary school teachers＇ educating. The third is to make clear the situation and challenge which our college faces to guide the teaching and the educational reform by the scientific research and to strive for the survival by the quality. The last is to establish and perfect the rules and regulations, enlarge the scientific research funds investment, and speed up the cultivating of the subject leaders and then cultivate our college＇s on ＂master＂ through the scientific research.
