摘要
胜利油田将储层钻井液中使用的屏蔽暂堵技术应用于采油作业中,开发了含有软化点不同的颗粒材料、适用于砂岩油藏的低中温(45~90℃)屏蔽暂堵剂TR-5和高温(90~150℃)屏蔽暂堵剂HT-10.报道了这两种屏蔽暂堵剂的推广应用情况、工艺和结果,包括一些典型井作业前后的生产数据.在埕岛油田TR-5已成功用于洗井作业,1997年10月后每年平均施工约15井次.在渤南油田8口井压井中使用HT-10,作业后油井产油量上升.在孔喉大、渗透率高的孤岛油田用超细水泥封堵油水井套管外窜槽时,增加了TR-5暂堵作业,封窜效果良好.在51/2英寸(63.1 mm)套管内侧钻的水平段筛管完井过程中,使用TR-5保护油层,投产初期生产情况良好.表4参7.
The temperarily plugging/shielding (TP/S) as a way of reservoir formation protection, being developed for water base reservoir drilling fluids, has been used in various downhole operations in Shengli. A low-to-middle temperature (45-90℃) TP/S agent, TR-5, and a high temperature (90-150℃) TP/S agent, HT-10, have been developd for sandstone reservoirs with particulatecl TP/S material of different softening point selected. The outline, the technology and the results of using these agents are presented with production data of typical wells before and after the operation tabulated. In Chengdao oil fields, TR-5 has been used successfully in well washing jobs and some 15 such jobs per year in average were conducted since Oct 1997. In Bonan oil fields where the reservoirs are characterized by large throats and high pem,eabilities, an additional TP/S technologic step is incorporated into the technology of sealing the interzonal channellings outside the casing by using superfine cement slurries and fairly good results are obtained. For the sidetracked long horizontal sections drilled from well casings of 5 and a half inches in diameter, the apertured casing completion combined with TR-5 TP/S measure led to satisfactory oil output at their initial production stage.
