摘要
双液法解堵剂HGA-2用于解除高凝高粘低渗油层中有机质、无机盐及粘土等多种沉积物造成的堵塞,具有酸化、溶解和放热放气等多种功能。该剂的B剂为表面活性剂OP-10和NO2-盐(3.3 mol/L)水溶液。A剂为O/W型乳状液,由有机溶剂、表面活性剂、有机胺(3.5 mol/L)及盐酸(15%)组成。简介了HGA-2的解堵机理。实验筛选了A剂的前二个组分。通过单剂筛选和复配,确定有机溶剂为体积比1∶2∶4∶2的苯、甲苯、二甲苯、石油醚混合物,其静态溶蜡速率(mg/mL.min)高达0.91,在乳状液中体积分数为0.3;表面活性剂包括分散剂、润湿剂、主乳化剂及HLB调节剂,为质量比0.35∶0.5∶0.6∶0.4的ABS、OP-10、Tween-20、Tween-80混合物;配成的乳状液(A剂)稳定时间10小时,溶蜡速率2.10,与碳酸盐岩样的反应具有明显的缓速性。A、B两剂各30 mL混合反应时温升65℃,排气1320 cm3,将黑蜡涂层快速剥离、分散、溶解。表6参4。
Compounded reservoir blockage removal agent HGA-2 is developed for removing multiple precipitates of organic substances, inorganic salts, clay minesrals, and etc in low permeable reservoirs of high pour point and high viscosity oil through acidizing, dissolution, heat and gas generation, and other functions. The liquid B of HGA-2 is an aqueous solution of surfactant OP-10 and NO2^- salt (3.3 mol/L). The liquid A is an O/W emulsion composed of organic solvents (OSs), surfactants (Ss), organic amine (3.5 mol/L), and hydrochloric acid (15%). The mechanisms involved in blockage removal by HGA-2 are presented briefly. The components OSs and Ss are selected experimentally. By the way of choose and combination of chemicals, the OSs ascertained are bensene, toluene, xylenes, and petroleum ether in mixture in volume ratio 1:2:4:2, for which the static wax dissolution rate (SWDR, in mg/mL·min) is of 0.91 and the volume fraction in the emulsion is of 0.3; the Ss include dispersant, wetting agent, main emulsifier, and HLB regulator are ABS, OP-10, Tween 20, and Tween 80 in mixture in mass ratio 0.35:0.5:0.6:0.4; the emnulsion prepared (liquid A) keeps stable in 10 hrs, has SWDR = 2.10 arid demostrates notable retardation in reaction with carbonate rock samples. When 30 mL of liquids A and B mixed together, temperature raise of 65℃, gas evolution of 1.32 L and stripping, dispersion and dissolution of wax coatings are observed.
