从铁路运输信息的复杂性着手，分析货票相关信息采集系列软件的重要性和必要性，并分述该系列软件的设计思路和实现方案。涉及的系统包括：非报告点采集、异常数据采集、军运后付采集，国联过境运输信息管理、补退款采集和统计信息更正。

From the complexity of railway transportation information, it was analyzed the importance and the necessity of waybill interrelated information collection, and respectively discussed the design idea and realization scheme of the series software. The system of relate to this dissertation involved： manual-waybill information collection, exceptional-waybiU information collection, military-waybill information collection, international-transit-waybill information management, replenish and send back waybill fund collection, statistic correction waybill information collection.
