TMIS engineering building management system

该系统的目标是运用计算机、计算机网络、信息管理等技术对全路TMIS工程建设有关进度、质量、资金使用、设备、人员等方面信息进行收集、处理，了解各实施单位工程进展情况及当前状态，从全局出发辅助有关管理部门和领导进行分析和决策，实现动态管理，加强质量控制、进度控制、成本控制，促使TMIS工程顺利地完成指定的目标。

The target of the system is to collect and process information relevant to schedule, quality, capital, equipment and personnel using technology of computer, network and information management in the building progress of TMIS engineering and to master the headway and status of them. The system also helps the departments of management and the leaders to analysis and to make decisions in order to realize dynamic supervision and enhance the capability of quality controls, headway controls and cost controls which ensure that TMIS engineering would be finished successfully.
