摘要
在滇紫草细胞培养第8天时加入来源于米曲霉的紫草色素诱导物,12h后滇紫草细胞中紫草色素含量增加,其衍生物之一的乙酰紫草素的相对含量增加,胞内可溶蛋白合成量上升,细胞对碳源消耗增多,而细胞生长受到抑制。处理12h后,培养液电导率下降,pH上升,K+外泄和Na+大量内流,表明离子跨膜运输发生改变。
An shikonin elicitor produced by Aspergillus could affect the metabolism of Onosma cells. 12 h after the elicitor was added onthe 8th day, the shikonin derivatives content (Fig. 1), the relative content of one of derivativesacetylshikonin (Fig. 2), the formation of intracellular soluble protein (Fig. 4)and the consumption of sucrose (Fig. 5)increased, but cell growth (Fig. 3) was inhibited permanently. 12 h after elicited treatment, the medium conductivity decreased (Fig. 6 ), medium pH value increased (Fig. 7), K+ flowed out and Na+ flowed in (Fig. 8), showed anion transport change over membrane caused by the elicitor. At the same time the concentration of Ca2+ (Fig. 8) in medium increased quickly.
